General Help
Selecting Images (if required)
Please make sure the images are high resolution for the best result. The recommended minimum resolution for printing is 300 DPI.
Screen shots or dark pictures will not produce good results. Although we will attempt to improve the quality if necessary, this is not guaranteed.
PLEASE NOTE: THE QUALITY OF THE FINISH WILL DEPEND ON THE QUALITY OF THE IMAGE RECEIVED.
Uploading Pictures and Message (if required)
Pictures and images can be sent to us in several ways:
1. A single image can be uploaded on the checkout page, via the thank you email or via the order on your account page.
2. Single or multiple images can be sent via email to wbcreations@wbcreations.co.uk, please include your order number and the item the image is for.
3. Send the message and font number (if required) via the personalisation box or via email with the image(s).
Disclaimer:
Colours may vary slightly due to material batches and monitor settings.
As each item is handmade, the position and size of graphics may vary slightly.
Items made from natural material such as slate and wood, may have imperfections in the surface. This is expected and cannot be avoided.

Please be aware that this is a natural slate product, and as such the panel and its coating may contain very small imperfections in the surface (spots, mild blemishes, dips and bumps). These are perfectly normal and unavoidable.
